Arrived on a night flight and had arranged for our room to be ready! We had paid for a superior room! We were optimistic after staying at the hotel many years ago! On arrival, shown to the room, no towels, toilet paper and only 1 chair on the balcony! We got towels and managed as we were tired. On using the air conditioning unit the next day, it was leaking all over the balcony, so we put a bin under most of it and reported it, plus the lack of chair on the balcony! Chair was replaced but sadly with one that had a nail sticking out on the side which ruined one of my husbands t shirts before we realised making it full of holes! No repair to air conditioner! We also asked for the fridge that was stated in the room to arrive as this was not there either. The fridge did arrive later in the day! The room was basic. Breakfast was nice, Indian curry, breads and rice etc, there was the option to have eggs if you chose! Sadly no cleaning was done in the room at all unless reception were nagged! No replacement toilet roll, so we bought our own. The air conditioning was not fixed. More annoying was that after the fridge was delivered, we stocked up with ice cubes and drinks. Only to find that if we were out during the day, everything was warm and melted! After coming back in the day we realised the electric was often off! Ok in India you day, but the hotel has a generator on the front, so no excuse at all. There were 3 sunbeds for the whole hotel which was a joke! The pool was ok but very badly maintained around the pool edges with lots of mould underneath! We spoke to the manager on numerous occasions giving them the benefit of doubt, problems after covid etc. sadly nothing really happened to make our stay better! The last straw was coming in again to find the fridge off and ice gone etc! So we left before completing our stay and moved elsewhere! We have stayed in many basic places in India but I would say that now the hotel is leased out it is nowhere near what it used to be at all! We would not return again!

The hotel rooms are very clean, well kept and towels and sheets are changed everyday. The kitchen staff are very friendly and bend backwards and forwards to assist. The management help sort out any queries rapidly and are very professional. Location is very close to beach. Overall our stay here was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Average Hotel with less staff. The food was good, chef was a bit tired i guess as requests were never honored The location of the hotel is good, near by beach which is a plus point the pool was nice too.

Nice place to stay.. near to beach.. rooms need renovation but still its in good condition. swimming pool in nice as it is not so deep good for children. Breakfast was also fine.. staff is nice too. Overall staying in jasmin is good.

Rooms quality poor not as on website I asked Management they said website for the show so can customers foods also over priced so is room staff not very good manners I will be recommended this to ones I will not staying in Hotel again.
